Little Zena was brought to Holy Angels after her mother died. Her Grandmother could only offer her cornmeal and water. She is being treated for Scabies .

Ugent prayer needed for two new family members

Widmirthame is a child suffering from a failed shunt for hydrocephalus & severe malnutrition. Her mom is 8 months pregnant with no place to go. She is on IV antibiotics for the infection. She should be sent here maybe on Monday. I will try to buy another bed & cram her into our over crowed home. We just couldn’t say no to this little one of God, look closely you can see the Face of Christ in her eyes !!!!
The other pic with Sister Jenave is an abandoned hydrocephalus child also with a failed shunt . His mother abandoned him at the hospital.

Hurricane hits Holy Angels

We have news today from Father Tony that Holy angels has been spared the worst from the recent hurricanes. Water up to steps, but building was not flooded.
Situation regarding food and supplies is difficult.

I am asking for prayer for Haiti. We are in a disaster, People on roofs & no rescue boats for days. Food supplies can’t be brought to the people because the roads are washed away, bodies floating in the water.
More people coming to us to take their kids
& we just don’t have any more beds to take any more in. These pictures were sent to me by a fellow Missionary.

“It rained so hard on Saturday and Sunday that the water once again reached 10 feet high. The people had two days reprieve and are now back in the same situation. The city is rivers, and people don’t have boats. Our local partners will get out as soon as possible, and as soon as the water gets down to a moveable level they’ll be out distributing.”
